As the only organization dedicated to investing in local Latino community organizations and leaders under a collective impact model, Latino Community Fund (LCF Georgia) operates as a direct service provider, membership organization, and philanthropic intermediary accelerating positive change throughout Georgia. With 41 member organizations in their network, LCF Georgia serves over 35,000 people annually, ensuring they have the information needed to make good decisions, navigate complex systems, and fully participate in society.

LCF Georgia's Health and Well-Being program stands as the only nonprofit initiative offering free health screenings, education, and immunizations consistently within Georgia's Latino community. Their team operates in both South Georgia and the Metro Atlanta area, working daily to affirm patient rights, help people navigate the healthcare system, and provide access to public health education. The South Georgia program has deployed three Certified Community Health Workers who conduct blood pressure, glucose, and lipid panel screenings across more than 10 counties including Tift, Colquitt, Lowndes, Jeff Davis, Coffee, Ben Hill, Echols, and Toombs.

Beyond direct health services, LCF Georgia strengthens the entire Latino nonprofit ecosystem through free technical assistance and support to member and partner organizations, serving over 300 leaders annually. Their comprehensive approach includes advocacy work that reaches every Latino/Hispanic voter at least twice yearly, and community investments that by 2026 will total over $6 million in direct cash investments to Latino-led organizations and individuals in Georgia.
